Information about us. BCN PRO Soccer Elite SL (BCN PRO moving forward) has its registered office at Aulet 16, Viladrau 17406, Spain, registered company with number B55370217. Once you book a spot on a camp through this website is accepted by BCN PRO you enter into a binding contract with BCN PRO. - Informazioni su di noi BCN PRO Soccer Elite SL (BCN PRO in futuro) ha sede legale a Aulet 16, Viladrau 17406, Spagna, società registrata con numero B55370217. In these Terms and Conditions:
‘Authorised Adult ‘ means the parent or legal guardian of a Participant.
‘Camp’ is any residential or day programme offered by BCN PRO.
'Participant' means the person for whom a place on a Camp is booked.
'Booking' means the booking You have placed for a Camp with BCN ORI through www.bcnprosoccer.com, by phone or by email.
'Deposit' means any such deposit as We may specify or require per Participant for any Camp.
‘Website’ means www.bcnprosoccer.com
In questi Termini e Condizioni:
‘ Per "adulto autorizzato" ‘ si intende il genitore o il tutore legale di un Partecipante.
‘Per Campo’ si intende qualsiasi programma residenziale o diurno offerto dal BCN PRO.
' Per "Partecipante" ' si intende la persona per la quale è stato prenotato un posto in un Campo.
' Per "Prenotazione" ' si intende la prenotazione effettuata per un Campo presso BCN ORI attraverso il sito www.bcnprosoccer.com, per telefono o via e-mail.
' Per "caparra" ' si intende qualsiasi caparra da noi specificata o richiesta per ogni Partecipante per qualsiasi Campo.
‘ Per "Sito web" ’ si intende www.bcnprosoccer.com
1. Making a booking and pricing – Prenotazione e Prezzi
1.1 After You book a spot on a Camp, We will send You a “Confirmation Email” confirming that We have processed Your application. If you paid for the camp while registering your application, you will receive an email confirming your payment. All applications are subject to acceptance by BCN PRO in line with these Termsand Conditions. Your offer is accepted by BCN PRO and a binding agreement is created between BCN PRO and You if You have not heard otherwise within 7 days of receiving Your “Order Confirmation Email”.
1.1 Dopo aver prenotato un posto in un campo, vi invieremo una "e-mail di conferma" per confermare che abbiamo elaborato la vostra domanda. Se avete pagato il campo durante la registrazione della domanda, riceverete un'e-mail di conferma del pagamento. Tutte le domande di iscrizione sono soggette all'accettazione da parte di BCN PRO in linea con i presenti Termini e Condizioni. 1.2 It is important that You check the details in Your “Order Confirmation Email” when You receive it. If You have any questions or any of the information is inaccurate, please contact BCN PRO immediately.

1.3 The Website sets out further details of the specific requirements for each Camp, which You agree that You have read and understood as part of the booking process.

1.4 Each booking on a Camp must be accompanied by payment of the camp fee prior the start. Spots are limited and not paying the fees in time may result in the cancellation of the registration.

1.5Participant will not be allowed to attend a Camp unless all charges for that Camp have been paid before the Camp starts and BCN PRO reserve the right to cancel any bookings held on Your behalf after any payment is overdue.

1.6 Payment of the Deposit is due when You book a place on a Camp. BCN PRO shall only send You an “Order Confirmation Email” once BCN PRO has received Your completed application and Deposit payment (or full payment).

1.7 Airport Transfer bookings are only confirmed when payment is received following which they are non-refundable.

1.8 By booking a place on a Camp You confirm that:
1.8.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
1.8.2 You are at least 18 years old;
1.8.3 You are booking a camp either as an authorised adult or as a BCN PRO reseller for an individual participant.
1.8.4 You are not booking places on Camps which You intend to resell unless You are a BCN PRO Reseller.
1.8.5 You have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions defined here;
1.8.6 the price of Camps and any additional fees BCN PRO may charge will be as stated on the Website from time to time, unless there is an obvious error. These prices and additional fees may change at any time.
1.8.7 You are responsible for arranging and paying for the Participant’s travel to and from the Camp venue.
1.8.8 You understand that prices include any applicable Value Added Tax (“ VAT”). If the rate of VAT changes before You make any payment due to BCN PRO BCN PRO may adjust the price You pay.
1.8 Prenotando un posto in un campo si conferma che:
1.8.1 Siete legalmente in grado di stipulare contratti vincolanti;
1.8.2 Avete almeno 18 anni;
1.8.3 State prenotando un campo come adulto autorizzato o come rivenditore BCN PRO per un singolo partecipante.
1.8.4Non stai prenotando posti nei Campi che intendi rivendere, a meno che tu non sia un Rivenditore BCN PRO.
1.8.5 Hai letto e accettato i Termini e le Condizioni qui definiti;
1.8.6 il prezzo dei Campi e le eventuali spese aggiuntive che BCN PRO può addebitare saranno quelli indicati di volta in volta sul Sito Web, a meno che non vi sia un errore evidente. Tali prezzi e spese aggiuntive possono cambiare in qualsiasi momento.
1.8.7 Siete responsabili dell'organizzazione e del pagamento del viaggio del Partecipante da e per la sede del Campo.
1.8.8 Il Partecipante è consapevole che i prezzi includono l'imposta sul valore aggiunto ("IVA") applicabile. Se l'aliquota IVA cambia prima che il Partecipante effettui qualsiasi pagamento a BCN PRO, quest'ultima potrà modificare il prezzo pagato dal Partecipante.
1.9 If You are a BCN PRO Reseller then You agree to disclose these Terms and Conditions to the Participant’s Authorised Adult and that he or she agrees and accepts that these Terms and Conditions are binding on them as if he or she had applied on behalf of the Participant to book a place on a Camp.
1.9 Se siete un Rivenditore BCN PRO, accettate di divulgare i presenti Termini e condizioni all'adulto autorizzato del Partecipante, il quale accetta che i presenti Termini e condizioni siano vincolanti per lui come se avesse richiesto per conto del Partecipante di prenotare un posto in un Campo.
2. Cancellation and refunds

2.1 How to cancel a Booking
To cancel a Booking, You must inform BCN PRO by email to hello@bcnprosoccer.com proof of email dispatch is not proof of receipt. If You do not receive a response within 3 days, You should contact BCN PRO or its representative in the country where the camp/event takes place, by telephone.
2.1 Come annullare una Prenotazione
Per cancellare una Prenotazione, il Contraente deve informare BCN PRO via e-mail all'indirizzo hello@bcnprosoccer.com. La prova dell'invio dell'e-mail non è una prova di ricezione. Se non si riceve una risposta entro 3 giorni, è necessario contattare telefonicamente BCN PRO o il suo rappresentante nel paese in cui si svolge il campo/evento.
2.2 Our refunds policy

2.2.1 If You cancel Your Booking within 30 days of making a booking then, provided the Camp has not already started or 30 days prior the start, BCN PRO will provide you with a full refund (inclusive of Your Deposit). Registration fees for residence programs will not be refunded.
2.2.1 Se l'Utente cancella la Prenotazione entro 30 giorni dall'effettuazione della stessa, a condizione che il Campo non sia già iniziato o 30 giorni prima dell'inizio, BCN PRO gli fornirà un rimborso completo (comprensivo del deposito). Le quote di iscrizione ai programmi di soggiorno non saranno rimborsate.
2.2.2 If You cancel Your Booking more than 14 days after BCN PRO has accepted Your Booking, then:-
(a) If You cancel more than 30 days before the first day of Your Camp and have paid for the Camp in full, BCN PRO will refund the amount You have paid for the Camp, less Your Deposit; or
(b) If You cancel more than 30 days before the first day of Your Camp and have not paid for the Camp in full (e.g. if You have only paid the Deposit), You will not be required to pay the balance for the Camp, however You will not be entitled to a refund of Your Deposit; or
(c) If You cancel less than 30 days or less before the first day of Your Camp You will not be eligible for any refund, including the Deposit; and
(d) If BCN PRO do not receive Your balance payment on time BCN PRO may cancel Your booking and You will not be due any refund. BCN PRO will notify You of this by email.
2.2.2 Se cancelli la tua Prenotazione più di 14 giorni dopo l'accettazione della stessa da parte di BCN PRO, allora
(a) se la cancellazione avviene più di 30 giorni prima del primo giorno del Campo e il pagamento del Campo è stato effettuato per intero, BCN PRO rimborserà l'importo pagato per il Campo, meno la caparra; oppure
(b) Se l'annullamento avviene più di 30 giorni prima del primo giorno del Campo e non è stato pagato per intero (ad esempio, se è stato pagato solo l'acconto), non sarà necessario pagare il saldo del Campo, ma non si avrà diritto al rimborso dell'acconto; oppure
(c) se cancellate meno di 30 giorni o meno prima del primo giorno del Campo, non avrete diritto ad alcun rimborso, incluso l'acconto; e
(d) Se BCN PRO non riceve il pagamento del saldo nei tempi previsti, BCN PRO potrà cancellare la prenotazione e il Cliente non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso. BCN PRO ti informerà di ciò via e-mail.
Day Camp Bookings:

2.2.3 If You cancel Your Booking more than 14 days prior to the Camp start date BCN PRO will refund You the full amount that You have paid for the camp, less a 50€ administration fee.
2.2.3 Se cancelli la tua prenotazione più di 14 giorni prima della data di inizio del campo, BCN PRO ti rimborserà l'intero importo pagato per il campo, meno una tassa amministrativa di 50€.
2.2.4 If You cancel Your Booking 14 days or less from the Camp start date You will not be eligible for any refund.

2.3 Cancellation on medical grounds
2.3 Cancellazione per motivi medici
2.3.1 If the Participant is unable to attend because he or she is ill or injured, BCN PRO will offer You a Voucher for all fees paid, provided that You notify BCN PRO of the illness or injury at least 24 hours before the Camp starts. BCN PRO will require a letter from the Participant’s doctor as proof of the illness or injury before issuing the Voucher. This voucher will be valid for any comparable Booking made on any of Our Camps in the same or following year (subject to availability). The Voucher is transferrable to any family member and may be used on any Camp that BCN PRO offer. Please note that the voucher has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.3.1 Se il Partecipante non può partecipare a causa di una malattia o di un infortunio, il BCN PRO offrirà un Voucher per tutte le quote pagate, a condizione che il Partecipante comunichi la malattia o l'infortunio al BCN PRO almeno 24 ore prima dell'inizio del Campo. Il BCN PRO richiederà una lettera del medico del Partecipante come prova della malattia o dell'infortunio prima di emettere il Voucher. Questo voucher sarà valido per qualsiasi prenotazione analoga effettuata in uno dei nostri campi nello stesso anno o in quello successivo (a seconda della disponibilità). Il buono è trasferibile a qualsiasi membro della famiglia e può essere utilizzato in qualsiasi campo offerto da BCN PRO. Si prega di notare che il voucher non ha valore monetario e non può essere scambiato con denaro contante.
2.3.2 Participants who leave early during their Camp due to illness or injury will receive a pro-rated voucher with a value that is pro-rated to the unused proportion of the Camp. This can be used as a credit against any Booking on any of Our Camps in the same or following year. The voucher is transferrable to any family member and may be used on any Camp that BCN PRO offer.
2.3.2 I partecipanti che abbandonano il campo prima del previsto a causa di malattia o infortunio riceveranno un voucher di valore proporzionale alla parte di campo non utilizzata. Questo buono può essere utilizzato come credito per una prenotazione in uno dei nostri campi nello stesso anno o in quello successivo. Il buono è trasferibile a qualsiasi membro della famiglia e può essere utilizzato per qualsiasi campo offerto da BCN PRO.
2.4 Airport Transfers

2.4.1 Our Airport Transfer service, if applicable, must be pre-booked at least four weeks before the start of the Camp/Event and is only available at the selected airports, dates and times specified on Our program. Once booked and paid, this is non-refundable.
2.4.1 Il nostro servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale, se applicabile, deve essere prenotato in anticipo almeno quattro settimane prima dell'inizio del campo/evento ed è disponibile solo per gli aeroporti, le date e gli orari selezionati e specificati nel nostro programma. 2.4.2 You are responsible for arranging and paying for the Participant’s flights including any airline fees for an Unaccompanied Minor service should You book one. You must notify BCN PRO of the Participant’s flight details, including details of any Unaccompanied Minor service booked with the airline, at least four weeks before the start of the Camp, by email. Proof of email dispatch is not proof of receipt. If You do not receive a response from BCN PRO within 3 days, You should contact BCN PRO by telephone.
2.4.2 Il Partecipante è responsabile dell'organizzazione e del pagamento dei voli del Partecipante, comprese le tasse aeree per il servizio di minore non accompagnato, qualora ne abbia prenotato uno. Il Partecipante è tenuto a comunicare al BCN PRO i dettagli del volo del Partecipante, compresi quelli relativi all'eventuale servizio per minori non accompagnati prenotato dalla compagnia aerea, almeno quattro settimane prima dell'inizio del Campo, tramite e-mail. La prova dell'invio dell'e-mail non è una prova di ricezione. Se non ricevi una risposta da BCN PRO entro 3 giorni, dovrai contattare BCN PRO per telefono.
2.4.3 You are responsible for complying with all airline requirements. BCN PRO has no obligation to provide a refund or any other assistance where a Participant is unable to board a flight, cannot be released by the Border Agency or attend a Camp because of Your failure to comply with any such requirement. You are responsible for and will refund to BCN PRO any additional reasonable costs BCN PRO incur as a result of Your failure to comply with any such requirement (for example, if a Participant loses any travel documentation or if an airline refuses to allow an unaccompanied minor to board a flight).
2.4.3 Sei responsabile del rispetto di tutti i requisiti della compagnia aerea. Il BCN PRO non ha alcun obbligo di fornire un rimborso o qualsiasi altra assistenza nel caso in cui un Partecipante non possa imbarcarsi su un volo, non possa essere rilasciato dall'Agenzia di frontiera o non possa partecipare a un Campo a causa del mancato rispetto di tali requisiti da parte del Partecipante. Il Partecipante è responsabile e rimborserà a BCN PRO qualsiasi costo aggiuntivo ragionevolmente sostenuto da BCN PRO a causa del mancato rispetto di tali requisiti da parte del Partecipante (ad esempio, se il Partecipante perde la documentazione di viaggio o se una compagnia aerea rifiuta di consentire l'imbarco di un minore non accompagnato).
2.4.4 If You change flight details after an Airport Transfer has been booked and confirmed by BCN PRO, You must email BCN PRO the changed details immediately and You must also contact Our office to confirm these instructions.
2.4.4 Se cambiate i dettagli del volo dopo che un Trasferimento aeroportuale è stato prenotato e confermato da BCN PRO, dovete inviare immediatamente a BCN PRO i dettagli modificati e dovete anche contattare il nostro ufficio per confermare tali istruzioni.
2.4.5 You are responsible for, and will refund to BCN PRO, any additional reasonable costs BCN PRO incur as a result of You providing BCN PRO with inaccurate or incomplete flight information (for example, if BCN PRO incur additional airport transfer charges because a Participant arrives on a different flight from the notified flight, or if You fail to disclose to BCN PRO that a Participant is travelling as an Unaccompanied Minor).
2.4.5 Siete responsabili e rimborserete a BCN PRO qualsiasi costo aggiuntivo ragionevole sostenuto da BCN PRO in conseguenza del fatto che avete fornito a BCN PRO informazioni di volo imprecise o incomplete (ad esempio, se BCN PRO deve sostenere spese aggiuntive per il trasferimento aeroportuale perché un Partecipante arriva con un volo diverso da quello notificato, o se non avete comunicato a BCN PRO che un Partecipante viaggia come minore non accompagnato).
2.4.6 If You book a flight for an airport, date or time outside of Our selected airports, dates and times as listed on the Website, please note that there will be a surcharge of 250€ payable in addition to the Airport Transfer fee.
2.4.6 Se il Partecipante prenota un volo per un aeroporto, una data o un orario al di fuori degli aeroporti, delle date e degli orari selezionati da BCN PRO e riportati sul Sito web, dovrà pagare un supplemento di 250€ oltre alla tariffa per il trasferimento aeroportuale.
2.5 Other terms relating to cancellation
2.5 Altri termini relativi alla cancellazione
2.5.1 If a Participant is refused a visa to enter the country to attend a Camp BCN PRO will offer a full refund provided that You have taken all necessary steps to ensure the visa is granted in sufficient time to allow attendance on the Camp. BCN PRO will require a copy of the original documentation issued by the Entry Clearance Officer stating that the visa application has been declined at least 96 hours prior to 12:00pm on the Camp start date in order to process a refund. This does not apply if the refusal of the visa is for reasons relating to travel restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic in which case clause 2.5.3 below will apply and a Voucher will be issued instead of a refund.
2.5.2 Due to circumstances beyond Our control including insufficient participation, natural disasters such as floods, warfare, security concerns or disease outbreak, BCN PRO may cancel, move or postpone a Camp. If BCN PRO postpone or cancel a Camp for any reason BCN PRO will provide You with a Voucher for a place for the Participant at a comparable Camp at one of Our locations in the same or the following year (but You will not be entitled to a cash refund). If BCN PRO move a Camp from the advertised location to another location and providing that in Our reasonable opinion the Camp in the new location will be of comparable quality to the Camp in the advertised location, then if You wish to cancel Your Booking Clause 2.2 of Our Refunds Policy will apply.
Cancellation by BCN PRO (Covid-19)
2.5.3 BCN PRO shall be entitled to cancel a Camp at any time up to the start of the Camp if, in Our reasonable opinion the operation of the Camp is impossible, illegal or materially difficult or if the operation of the Camp is likely to be uneconomic. In the case of a multiple locations camp, BCN PRO may relocate the players registered to any of the locations if the number of participants is not big enough to make the camp in that specific location economicaly or sportly viable. BCN PRO may exercise the right to cancel if circumstances arise or are reasonably likely to arise such as a further wave of cases, a further or continuing periods of lockdown or new or continuing Governmental restrictions which, in Our reasonable opinion are likely to a) prevent or restrict travel to the camps by a significant number of participants; or b) make the operation of the Camp impossible, illegal or materially difficult; or c) render the operation of the Camp uneconomic. If BCN PRO postpone or cancel a Camp for reasons defined in this clause 2.5.3 then BCN PRO will provide You with a full refund of all fees paid providing You made the booking after 1st September 2020 and Your booking was not made with a Voucher from a previous year.
2.5.4 If BCN PRO move a Camp from the advertised location to another location and providing that in Our reasonable opinion the Camp in the new location will be of comparable quality to the Camp in the advertised location, then if You wish to cancel Your Booking Clause 2.2 of Our Refunds Policy will apply.
2.5.5 In all cases where You are eligible to receive a refund or a voucher, BCN PRO will process the refund or issue the voucher within 60 days of notice of cancellation. Refunds will be provided using the same method You used to pay.
2.5.6 Please note that if BCN PRO have issued a Voucher to you and you have re-booked with the Voucher and the Camp for which you have re-booked is cancelled for reasons outside of our control under clause 2.5.2 or 2.5.3 then the Voucher will be carried forward to a new Camp in the same or the following year.
Cancellation by BCN PRO due to the number of participants
2.5.7 BCN PRO shall be entitled to cancel a Camp at any time up to the start of the Camp if, in our reasonable opinion the operation of the Camp is likely to be uneconomic due to the number of participants. In this case you are eligible to receive a full refund.
2.5.1 Se a un Partecipante viene rifiutato il visto per entrare nel Paese per partecipare a un Campo, BCN PRO offrirà un rimborso completo a condizione che il Partecipante abbia adottato tutte le misure necessarie per garantire che il visto venga concesso in tempo utile per consentire la partecipazione al Campo. Per poter elaborare un rimborso, BCN PRO richiederà una copia della documentazione originale rilasciata dall'Entry Clearance Officer che attesti il rifiuto della richiesta di visto almeno 96 ore prima delle 12:00 della data di inizio del Camp. Ciò non si applica se il rifiuto del visto è dovuto a restrizioni di viaggio imposte a causa della pandemia di Covid-19, nel qual caso si applicherà la clausola 2.5.3 e verrà emesso un Voucher anziché un rimborso.
2.5.2 A causa di circostanze al di fuori del nostro controllo, tra cui una partecipazione insufficiente, disastri naturali come inondazioni, guerre, problemi di sicurezza o epidemie, BCN PRO può cancellare, spostare o rinviare un Campo. Se BCN PRO rinvia o cancella un Campo per qualsiasi motivo, BCN PRO fornirà al Partecipante un Voucher per un posto in un Campo analogo in una delle nostre sedi nello stesso anno o in quello successivo (ma il Partecipante non avrà diritto a un rimborso in denaro). Se BCN PRO sposta un Campo dalla sede pubblicizzata a un'altra sede e a condizione che, secondo il nostro ragionevole parere, il Campo nella nuova sede sia di qualità analoga a quello nella sede pubblicizzata, nel caso in cui desideriate cancellare la vostra prenotazione si applicherà la clausola 2.2 della nostra Politica sui rimborsi.
Cancellazione da parte di BCN PRO (Covid-19)
2.5.3 Il BCN PRO ha il diritto di cancellare un Camp in qualsiasi momento fino all'inizio del Camp se, a suo ragionevole giudizio, lo svolgimento del Camp è impossibile, illegale o materialmente difficile o se lo svolgimento del Camp è probabilmente antieconomico. Nel caso di un campo con più sedi, il BCN PRO può trasferire i giocatori iscritti in una qualsiasi delle sedi se il numero di partecipanti non è sufficiente a rendere economicamente o sportivamente sostenibile il campo in quella specifica sede. Il BCN PRO può esercitare il diritto di annullare il Camp se si verificano o è ragionevole che si verifichino circostanze come un'ulteriore ondata di casi, un ulteriore o continuo periodo di blocco o nuove o continue restrizioni governative che, secondo la nostra ragionevole opinione, potrebbero a) impedire o limitare il viaggio al Camp da parte di un numero significativo di partecipanti; o b) rendere impossibile, illegale o materialmente difficile lo svolgimento del Camp; o c) rendere antieconomico lo svolgimento del Camp. Nel caso in cui BCN PRO rinvii o cancelli un Campo per i motivi definiti nella presente clausola 2.5.3, BCN PRO provvederà al rimborso completo di tutte le quote versate, a condizione che la prenotazione sia stata effettuata dopo il 1° settembre 2020 e che la prenotazione non sia stata effettuata con un Voucher di un anno precedente.
2.5.4 Se BCN PRO sposta un Campo dalla località pubblicizzata a un'altra località e a condizione che, secondo la nostra ragionevole opinione, il Campo nella nuova località sia di qualità analoga a quella del Campo nella località pubblicizzata, si applicherà la clausola 2.2 della nostra Politica sui rimborsi.
2.5.5 In tutti i casi in cui l'Utente abbia diritto a ricevere un rimborso o un buono, BCN PRO elaborerà il rimborso o emetterà il buono entro 60 giorni dalla notifica della cancellazione. I rimborsi saranno effettuati con lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato dall'Utente.
2.5.6 Si prega di notare che se BCN PRO ha emesso un Voucher per l'Utente e quest'ultimo ha effettuato una nuova prenotazione con il Voucher e il Campo per il quale ha effettuato la nuova prenotazione è stato cancellato per motivi al di fuori del nostro controllo ai sensi della clausola 2.5.2 o 2.5.3, il Voucher sarà riportato a un nuovo Campo nello stesso anno o in quello successivo.
Cancellazione da parte del BCN PRO a causa del numero di partecipanti
2.5.7 Il BCN PRO avrà il diritto di cancellare un Campo in qualsiasi momento fino all'inizio del Campo se, a suo ragionevole giudizio, lo svolgimento del Campo potrebbe essere antieconomico a causa del numero di partecipanti. In questo caso il partecipante avrà diritto a ricevere un rimborso completo.
3. Fitness and risk of injury
3. Forma fisica e rischio di lesioni
3.1 You must ensure that the Participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities. If You need any further information on the physical fitness required of Participants or have any doubt that a Participant is sufficiently physically fit to attend a Camp please contact BCN PRO before Booking a place on a Camp. BCN PRO will not issue a refund because a Participant is not sufficiently physically fit to participate in any part of a Camp.
3.2 Please be aware that the physical nature of the Camp means that there will always be a risk of accidents and injuries occurring. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the Participant is in good health and does not have any medical conditions that may give rise to a risk of injury or physical harm. By making a Booking You consent to the risk of the Participant sustaining reasonably foreseeable injuries arising out of participation in Camp activities.
3.3 It is Your responsibility to tell BCN PRO if the Participant suffers from any physical or mental conditions which may give rise to any special needs or affect their ability to participate in the Camp. Providing this information will enable BCN PRO to make any reasonable adjustments that may be required to reflect the Participant's physical or mental needs during the Camp.
3.4 BCN PRO may require additional information depending on the medical information supplied to BCN PRO prior to the Camp.
3.5 If a Participant arrives at a Camp with a medical condition which has not been disclosed or fully disclosed to BCN PRO, or such condition presents itself during the course of the Camp or the Participant’s medical history has not been sufficiently disclosed to BCN PRO to the extent that BCN PRO are able to make an informed judgement on the fitness of the Participant to take part in the Camp, then BCN PRO may decline to accept the Participant on the Camp or require the Participant to leave the Camp, as the case may be.
3.1 Dovete assicurarvi che il Partecipante sia fisicamente idoneo e in grado di partecipare alle attività sportive. Se avete bisogno di ulteriori informazioni sull'idoneità fisica richiesta ai Partecipanti o se avete dubbi sul fatto che un Partecipante sia sufficientemente in forma per partecipare a un Camp, siete pregati di contattare BCN PRO prima di prenotare un posto in un Camp. BCN PRO non effettuerà alcun rimborso perché un Partecipante non è sufficientemente idoneo a partecipare a una parte del Campo.
3.2 Si prega di essere consapevoli che la natura fisica del Campo implica sempre il rischio di incidenti e infortuni. È vostra responsabilità assicurarvi che il Partecipante sia in buona salute e non abbia condizioni mediche che possano comportare il rischio di lesioni o danni fisici. Effettuando una Prenotazione, il Partecipante accetta il rischio di subire lesioni ragionevolmente prevedibili derivanti dalla partecipazione alle attività del Campo.
3.3 È vostra responsabilità comunicare a BCN PRO se il Partecipante soffre di condizioni fisiche o mentali che possono dare origine a esigenze particolari o influire sulla sua capacità di partecipare al Campo. La comunicazione di tali informazioni consentirà al BCN PRO di apportare tutte le modifiche ragionevoli che potrebbero essere necessarie per tener conto delle esigenze fisiche o mentali del Partecipante durante il Campo.
3.4 Il BCN PRO può richiedere ulteriori informazioni a seconda delle informazioni mediche fornite al BCN PRO prima del Campo.

4. Medical Care
4. Medical Care
4.1 In the event that the Participant needs medical attention during any Camp then You agree to BCN PRO arranging for any appropriate and necessary emergency treatment. BCN PRO will endeavour to contact the Emergency Contact named on the Booking Form or Player Welfare Form to obtain their consent to any decision regarding the arrangement of such treatment. However, You agree that in emergency situations BCN PRO may not be able to contact that person, and may proceed to arrange and consent to such treatment without doing so. In arranging or sanctioning any treatment BCN PRO will take the advice of suitably qualified doctors, clinicians and medically trained staff and You agree that BCN PRO and they are entitled to assume that the medical information You have supplied is complete, accurate and up to date.
4.2 Please note that if a child is injured or becomes unwell BCN PRO may, in some cases, reasonably determine that no medical treatment is required, or that only general first aid is required. In each case You acknowledge that BCN PRO are entitled to exercise Our reasonable discretion regarding the need for further medical treatment. Provided that BCN PRO have acted reasonably in all the circumstances (having due regard to the symptoms presented by the Participant while in Our care) You agree that You will not hold BCN PRO liable for any decision not to administer or authorise further medical treatment for the Participant. For more information on Our liability, please see clause 6 below.

4.2 Si prega di notare che, in caso di infortunio o malessere del bambino, BCN PRO può, in alcuni casi, ragionevolmente stabilire che non è necessario alcun trattamento medico o che è sufficiente un primo soccorso generale. In ogni caso, l'Utente riconosce che BCN PRO ha il diritto di esercitare la propria ragionevole discrezione in merito alla necessità di ulteriori cure mediche. A condizione che BCN PRO abbia agito in modo ragionevole in tutte le circostanze (tenendo in debita considerazione i sintomi presentati dal Partecipante mentre era sotto la nostra custodia), il Partecipante accetta di non ritenere BCN PRO responsabile per qualsiasi decisione di non somministrare o autorizzare ulteriori trattamenti medici per il Partecipante. Per ulteriori informazioni sulla nostra responsabilità, si prega di consultare la clausola 6 qui di seguito.
5. Insurance

5.1 It is Your responsibility to ensure that the Participant has adequate travel and medical insurance to cover the costs of any medical treatment that may be required. Your insurance should also cover any additional costs associated with accommodation, travel, transport and/or repatriation to the Participant’s home country. The Participant must bring the relevant medical insurance policy documents with them to the camp and provide these to Camp staff at registration.
5.1 È vostra responsabilità assicurarvi che il Partecipante disponga di un'adeguata assicurazione di viaggio e medica che copra i costi di eventuali cure mediche necessarie. L'assicurazione del Partecipante deve coprire anche eventuali costi aggiuntivi associati all'alloggio, al viaggio, al trasporto e/o al rimpatrio nel Paese d'origine del Partecipante. Il Partecipante deve portare con sé al campo i documenti relativi alla polizza assicurativa medica e fornirli al personale del campo al momento della registrazione.
6. Liability
6. Responsabilità
6.1 BCN PRO is responsible to You for foreseeable loss and damage caused by BCN PRO. If BCN PRO fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, BCN PRO is only responsible for loss or damage You suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breaking this contract or Our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both BCN PRO and You knew it might happen, for example, if You discussed it with BCN PRO or with a BCN PRO Reseller or representative during the sales process.
6.2 BCN PRO is not liable for:
6.2.1 any losses caused by any breach of Our agreement by any person other than BCN PRO; and
6.2.2 any business losses.
6.3 Nothing in this clause excludes or limits in any way Our liability to You where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes: liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or breach of Your legal rights in relation to the Camp.
6.4 Please note that any travel or participation carries a risk of illness or infection. As such there is a risk that the Participant will contract Covid-19 (Coronavirus) or another disease as a result of a pandemic, epidemic or ongoing transmission of easily transmissible diseases. It is agreed that providing that BCN PRO has taken adequate precautions in line with the current advise from the local authorities where the camp/event is taken place and has not otherwise been negligent BCN PRO will not be liable in the event of infection.
6.5 Where an Authorised Adult collects the Participant from the camp, that Authorised Adult is responsible for ensuring that the Participant has in their possession any valuables, flight tickets, passport, money or other items that might have been kept by BCN PRO during the duration of the Camp.
6.6 BCN PRO does not accept any responsibility for belongings left with BCN PRO including passports, tickets, cash and valuables
6.7 BCN PRO does not accept responsibility for any items belonging to the Participant which he or she has left at the Camp.
6.8 While BCN PRO will endeavour to remind all Participants to pack all their belongings and collect their valuables from the Camp administrator, BCN PRO take no responsibility for a Participant losing or forgetting their passport, flight tickets or any other items. Any additional costs incurred by BCN PRO on behalf of the Participant including replacement passport, air tickets or other documentation will be charged to you.
6.9 Where BCN PRO has reasonable grounds and/or clinical evidence to indicate that the Participant may be suffering from an Infectious Disease BCN PRO may require an Authorised Adult to remove the Participant from the Camp within 24 hours of the time BCN PRO notify You.
6.1 BCN PRO è responsabile nei tuoi confronti per le perdite e i danni prevedibili causati da BCN PRO. Se BCN PRO non rispetta i presenti Termini e Condizioni, BCN PRO è responsabile solo per le perdite o i danni subiti dall'Utente che siano il risultato prevedibile della violazione del presente contratto o del mancato uso di ragionevole cura e competenza da parte nostra. 6.2 BCN PRO non è responsabile per:
6.2.1 qualsiasi perdita causata da qualsiasi violazione del nostro accordo da parte di qualsiasi persona diversa da BCN PRO; e
6.2.2 qualsiasi perdita commerciale.
6.3 Nulla di quanto contenuto nella presente clausola esclude o limita in alcun modo la nostra responsabilità nei vostri confronti laddove sarebbe illegale farlo. Ciò include: responsabilità per morte o lesioni personali causate dalla nostra negligenza o dalla negligenza dei nostri dipendenti, agenti o subappaltatori; frode o dichiarazione fraudolenta; o violazione dei vostri diritti legali in relazione al Campo.
6.4 Si prega di notare che qualsiasi viaggio o partecipazione comporta un rischio di malattia o infezione. In quanto tale, esiste il rischio che il Partecipante contragga il Covid-19 (Coronavirus) o un'altra malattia a seguito di una pandemia, un'epidemia o una trasmissione continua di malattie facilmente trasmissibili. Si conviene che, a condizione che il BCN PRO abbia preso adeguate precauzioni in linea con le attuali indicazioni delle autorità locali in cui si svolge il campo/evento e non sia stato altrimenti negligente, il BCN PRO non sarà responsabile in caso di infezione.
6.5 Nel caso in cui un adulto autorizzato prelevi il Partecipante dal campo, tale adulto autorizzato è responsabile di assicurarsi che il Partecipante sia in possesso di oggetti di valore, biglietti aerei, passaporto, denaro o altri oggetti che potrebbero essere stati custoditi da BCN PRO durante la durata del Campo.
6.6 BCN PRO non si assume alcuna responsabilità per gli effetti personali lasciati a BCN PRO, inclusi passaporti, biglietti, denaro e oggetti di valore.
6.7 Il BCN PRO non si assume alcuna responsabilità per gli oggetti di proprietà del Partecipante lasciati al Campo
6.8 Sebbene il BCN PRO si impegni a ricordare a tutti i Partecipanti di mettere in valigia tutti i loro effetti personali e di ritirare i loro oggetti di valore presso l'amministratore del Campo, il BCN PRO non si assume alcuna responsabilità in caso di smarrimento o dimenticanza del passaporto, dei biglietti aerei o di qualsiasi altro oggetto da parte del Partecipante. Eventuali costi aggiuntivi sostenuti da BCN PRO per conto del Partecipante, tra cui la sostituzione del passaporto, dei biglietti aerei o di altra documentazione, saranno addebitati al Partecipante.
6.9 Nel caso in cui BCN PRO abbia ragionevoli motivi e/o prove cliniche per indicare che il Partecipante possa essere affetto da una malattia infettiva, BCN PRO può richiedere a un Adulto Autorizzato di allontanare il Partecipante dal Campo entro 24 ore dal momento in cui BCN PRO lo notifica.
7. Visa support letters

7.1 If You ask BCN PRO to do so, BCN PRO may provide a visa support letter to assist the Participant in obtaining a visa to enter the country to attend the Camp. Please note, however, that You will remain solely responsible for ensuring that the Participant is granted a visa to enter the country where the camp/event takes place. For the avoidance of doubt, BCN PRO make no guarantee that Our visa support letter will result in the Participant being granted a visa, and accept no liability if the Participant's visa application is declined or You otherwise fail to obtain a visa.
7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, BCN PRO is not liable for any further costs other than pursuant to Our cancellations and refunds policy as set out in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Removal of Participants from Camps
8. Allontanamento dei partecipanti dai campi
8.1 Participants on Camps must adhere to all of the rules and regulations of the Camp as specified by BCN PRO from time to time including the Camp Code of Conduct (“Camp Policies”) which will be supplied to all Participants at the start of the Camp. The Camp Policies apply at any location where Camps are held, and include all oral or written instructions given by the Camp staff at any location where Camps are held. By making a Booking You accept and agree that the Camp Policies form part of the agreement between us.
8.2 BCN PRO treat as a priority the safety and well-being of all Participants attending Our Camps. BCN PRO therefore reserve the right to remove from Our Camps, without refund, any Participant who does not comply with the Camp Policies. BCN PRO also reserve the right to remove from Our Camps, without refund, any Participant who BCN PRO consider to be generally disruptive or is behaving in a way that may be a danger to or upsetting for others.
8.3 BCN PRO reserve the right to ask any Participant to leave the camp who is, in Our opinion, not physically or mentally capable of participating safely in the Camp.
8.4 If a Participant is removed from a Camp it is Your responsibility to organise and pay for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred.

BCN PRO si riserva inoltre il diritto di allontanare dai propri Campi, senza alcun rimborso, qualsiasi Partecipante che BCN PRO ritenga essere generalmente dirompente o che si comporti in modo tale da costituire un pericolo o un turbamento per gli altri.
8.3 BCN PRO si riserva il diritto di chiedere a qualsiasi Partecipante di lasciare il campo che, a nostro avviso, non sia fisicamente o mentalmente in grado di partecipare in modo sicuro al campo.
8.4 Se un Partecipante viene allontanato da un Campo, è Sua responsabilità organizzare e pagare le spese di viaggio, alloggio o altro sostenute.
9. Complaints

9.1 It is Our aim to provide the best Camp experience possible. However, if You are not satisfied with something please inform Our Camp staff using the contact numbers provided or call our office and BCN PRO will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
9.2 When the Participant returns home, if You feel that You need to make a formal complaint, please send a letter or email BCN PRO within 28 days of the end date of the Camp using the contact details set out in clause 12.2.

10.1 The Website together with the form and content of Our marketing materials and including any training documents, scripts and other materials and any intellectual property rights comprised in any of Our services which belong to BCN PRO or Our licensors (“Materials”) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and all such rights are reserved.
10.2 In respect of BCN PRO soccer Camps and Atletico de Madrid camp specifically, the names this two brands are known for and other trademarks and logos depicting or referring to or directly associated with BCN PRO soccer Camps and Atletico de Madrid are trade marks and logos of BCN PRO soccer Camps and Atletico de Madrid. All rights in relation to any trade marks and logos are expressly reserved and may not be used or reproduced without uur express consent.
10.3 The Materials may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without Our express written consent. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the Materials by any means whatsoever, including by using automated computer programs (including spider or other web crawler programs), without Our express written consent.
10.4 All intellectual property and other rights comprised in the form and content of Our Camps belongs to BCN PRO Ltd, and no materials or content in relation to any Camp may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.

11.1 BCN PRO agrees to comply with our obligations under all applicable laws and regulations relating to data protection and privacy as may be applicable from time to time, which at the date of these Terms and Conditions means the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679) and any successor legislation (“Data Protection Legislation”).
11.2 For further details on how BCN PRO comply with the Data Protection Legislation please refer to Our Privacy Policy.

You accept that most communication with BCN PRO will be electronic (occasionally BCN PRO may write to You by letter). BCN PRO will contact You by email or provide You with information by posting notices on the Website. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that contracts, notices, information and other communications BCN PRO provide electronically comply with legal requirements that such communications be in writing. For more information on notices, please refer to clause 12.2 and 12.3.
12.2 All notices You give BCN PRO must be given to BCN PRO at our office address at Ronda de Francesc Camprodon, 2, 08500 Vic, Barcelona, or by email addressed to hello@bcnprosoccer.com
12.3 It is important that You keep the contact details that BCN PRO holds for You up to date. BCN PRO may give notice to You via the Website, or by letter or email at the addresses You provide to Us when Booking a place on a Camp. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on the Website, 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email, that such email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee and was delivered to the recipient.
12.4 The parties agree with the other not to divulge or allow to be divulged any confidential information relating to the other’s business or affairs or the business or affairs of BCN PRO other than to its employees, associates or contractors (if any) who are subject to appropriate non-disclosure undertakings (if required), or where the other party has consented to such disclosure or where required by law to make such disclosure. This clause does not apply to information which is:
12.4.1 trivial or obvious;
12.4.2 already in a party’s possession other than as a result of a breach of this clause; or
12.4.3 in the public domain other than as a result of a breach of the applicable confidentiality undertaking.
12.5 The contract between You and BCN PRO is binding on You and BCN PRO and on the respective successors and assignees of You and BCN PRO. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of this contract, or any of Your rights or obligations arising under it, without Our prior written consent. BCN PRO may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of this contract, or any of Our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during its term, provided that the person to whom BCN PRO transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of this contract or any of Our rights or obligations arising under it agrees to comply with all of these Termsand Conditions for Your benefit.
12.6 If BCN PRO fails to insist upon strict performance of any of Your obligations, or if BCN PRO fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which BCN PRO are entitled, this will not be a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve You from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by BCN PRO of any breach by You will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver by BCN PRO of any of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to You in writing.
12.7 The parties agree that these Terms and Conditions are fair and reasonable in all the circumstances. However, if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held not to be valid by a court of competent jurisdiction but would be valid if part of the wording were deleted, then such provision shall apply with such deletions as may be necessary to make it valid. If any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions are held not to be valid the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.8 BCN PRO intend to rely upon these Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of this contract. While BCN PRO accept responsibility for statements and representations made by Our duly authorised agents, please make sure You ask for any variations from these Terms and Conditions to be confirmed in writing.
12.9 These Terms and Conditions and Your Booking shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Spain.

BCN PRO vi contatterà via e-mail o vi fornirà informazioni pubblicando avvisi sul Sito web. L'Utente accetta questo mezzo di comunicazione elettronico e riconosce che i contratti, gli avvisi, le informazioni e le altre comunicazioni che BCN PRO fornisce elettronicamente sono conformi ai requisiti legali che prevedono la forma scritta di tali comunicazioni. Per ulteriori informazioni sugli avvisi, si prega di fare riferimento alle clausole 12.2 e 12.3
12.2 Tutte le comunicazioni che l'Utente fornisce a BCN PRO devono essere inviate a BCN PRO all'indirizzo della sede di Ronda de Francesc Camprodon, 2, 08500 Vic, Barcellona, o via e-mail all'indirizzo hello@bcnprosoccer.com.
12.3 È importante che Tu mantenga aggiornati i dati di contatto in possesso di BCN PRO. BCN PRO può inviare un avviso all'Utente tramite il Sito web, o tramite lettera o e-mail agli indirizzi forniti dall'Utente al momento della Prenotazione di un posto in un Campo. L'avviso si riterrà ricevuto e correttamente notificato immediatamente dopo la pubblicazione sul Sito Web, 24 ore dopo l'invio di un'e-mail o tre giorni dopo la data di spedizione di una lettera. Per provare la notifica di qualsiasi avviso, sarà sufficiente dimostrare, nel caso di una lettera, che tale lettera è stata correttamente indirizzata, affrancata e imbucata e, nel caso di un'e-mail, che tale e-mail è stata inviata all'indirizzo e-mail specificato del destinatario ed è stata consegnata al destinatario.
12.4 Le parti concordano con l'altra di non divulgare o consentire la divulgazione di informazioni riservate relative all'attività o agli affari dell'altra parte o all'attività o agli affari di BCN PRO, se non ai suoi dipendenti, collaboratori o appaltatori (se presenti) che sono soggetti ad appropriati impegni di non divulgazione (se richiesti), o laddove l'altra parte abbia acconsentito a tale divulgazione o laddove sia richiesto dalla legge di effettuare tale divulgazione. La presente clausola non si applica alle informazioni che sono:
12.4.1 banale o evidente;
12.4.2 già in possesso di una parte, se non a seguito di una violazione della presente clausola; o
12.4.3 di dominio pubblico, se non a seguito di una violazione dell'impegno di riservatezza applicabile.
12.5 Il contratto tra l'Utente e BCN PRO è vincolante per l'Utente e BCN PRO e per i rispettivi successori e cessionari dell'Utente e BCN PRO. Non potete trasferire, cedere, addebitare o disporre in altro modo del presente contratto, o di qualsiasi vostro diritto o obbligo derivante da esso, senza il nostro previo consenso scritto. BCN PRO può trasferire, assegnare, addebitare, subappaltare o altrimenti disporre del presente contratto, o di qualsiasi nostro diritto o obbligo derivante dallo stesso, in qualsiasi momento durante la sua durata, a condizione che la persona a cui BCN PRO trasferisce, assegna, addebita, subappalta o altrimenti dispone del presente contratto o di qualsiasi nostro diritto o obbligo derivante dallo stesso accetti di rispettare tutti i presenti Termini e Condizioni a Suo vantaggio.
12.6 Se BCN PRO non insiste sul rigoroso adempimento di uno qualsiasi dei Suoi obblighi, o se BCN PRO non esercita uno qualsiasi dei diritti o rimedi a cui BCN PRO ha diritto, ciò non costituirà una rinuncia a tali diritti o rimedi e non La solleverà dall'adempimento di tali obblighi. La rinuncia da parte di BCN PRO a qualsiasi violazione da parte dell'Utente non costituirà una rinuncia a qualsiasi violazione successiva. Nessuna rinuncia da parte di BCN PRO a uno qualsiasi dei presenti Termini e Condizioni sarà efficace a meno che non sia espressamente dichiarata come tale e sia comunicata all'Utente per iscritto.
12.7 Le parti concordano che i presenti Termini e Condizioni sono equi e ragionevoli in tutte le circostanze. Tuttavia, se una disposizione dei presenti Termini e condizioni è ritenuta non valida da un tribunale della giurisdizione competente, ma sarebbe valida se una parte della formulazione fosse eliminata, tale disposizione si applicherà con le eliminazioni necessarie a renderla valida. Nel caso in cui una qualsiasi disposizione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni sia ritenuta non valida, le restanti disposizioni dei presenti Termini e Condizioni rimarranno in vigore a tutti gli effetti.
12.8 BCN PRO intende fare affidamento sui presenti Termini e Condizioni e su qualsiasi documento in essi espressamente richiamato in relazione all'oggetto del presente contratto. Sebbene BCN PRO si assuma la responsabilità per le dichiarazioni e le affermazioni fatte dai propri agenti debitamente autorizzati, si prega di assicurarsi di richiedere la conferma scritta di eventuali variazioni rispetto ai presenti Termini e Condizioni.
12.9 I presenti Termini e Condizioni e la Sua Prenotazione saranno disciplinati e interpretati in conformità alle leggi spagnole e saranno soggetti alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali spagnoli.
