Juan M. Mena
Head of US Division
Juan Manuel, fondly referred to as “Mena”, has forged a career closely entwined with FCB for nearly 20 years. His contributions have been key in the club’s expansion into the United States. Serving as a guiding hand, he nurtured and shaped some of the talents of the country. Mena’s knowledge and expertise in the beautiful game, particularly within the realm of US soccer, make him a pillar within the BCN PRO Agency.
Diego Terry
Director of Operations
Diego, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, kindled an ardent passion for the beautiful game, embarking on an odyssey. He graced the professional arenas of Argentina, Mexico, and the USA. Beyond his PRO career, Diego assumed the mantle of a visionary technical director and revered youth coaching director at illustrious clubs like Rangers, FC Barcelona Academy, and SouthBay Surf, ardently nurturing the aspirations of others.
Alfredo Chavez
Lead of Operations
Hailing from Mexico, Alfredo Chavez passionately coached soccer clubs in California’s Central Valley for 20+ years. As a technical director, he nurtured player development and fueled futbol’s growth in his community. Now with the U.S. Soccer Federation, he serves in the Youth National Team Scouting Department and coaches the esteemed U.S. Soccer U14 West Regional Team, reflecting his unwavering dedication and excellence.
